As an Italian culinary critic, my stay at the Marc Hotel was a delightful culinary journey intertwined with a relaxing getaway. the hotel's restaurant, Petit Bistrot, not only offered a unique blend of local flavors but also a charming ambiance that beckoned me to savor each bite slowly. Enjoying a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning provided a great start to my day, though I missed fresh vegetables on offer. One evening, I decided to quench my thirst at the bar/lounge, trying a local cocktail that perfectly complemented the stunning sunset I witnessed. the attention to detail in the dishes served, combined with the serene atmosphere, truly elevated my dining experience. the fusion of traditional Italian cuisine with modern twists showcased the chef's creativity and commitment to culinary innovation.
